Keys To Success With My eSig

  1. 1)Manage your button statistics. We recently had a customer contact us for assistance with their eSig. During the conversation, the customer wanted to know if their eSig was benefiting them. After checking their button statistics, the customer was pleasantly surprised to find 296 clicks on their buttons after only four months as a customer!

  1. 2)If you are not seeing numerous button clicks, it is possible that the key words you are using on your buttons are not captivating. You need to look at this from your customer’s point of view. If you receive the email, do the buttons interest you enough to click on them?  If one button has 50 clicks and another one has only 5, why are they not clicking on the button with 5 clicks as often?
